What if I did not receive my temporary password?
Email accounts such as yahoo.com, sbcglobal.net, att.net and others often filter our temporary password email to the Spam or Junk folder. Please check the folder for your password email sent by donorservices@donationpickup.org.
By selecting our email and clicking on the Not Spam button or adding donorservices@donationpickup.org to your Contact list, future emails from us should arrive in your inbox.
If you cannot locate the email, you may reset your password by using the Click here link located below the Login button. A new temporary password will be sent to your email address. Simply copy the temporary password from the email and paste into the password box then click Login. You will be prompted to create a new password and your registration is complete.
